Domain Registration Refund

In the past, if anyone registered a domain name with1800MyWeb, we could reverse that registration and get most of our money back within 5 days, per ICANN. This was helpful in case of Fraud or mistakes in registration orders.

The ICANN policy has changed. Effective April 1st, 2009, we are no longer allowed to refund domain names.

If you have trademark issues or copyright violation, then you can request we unregister the offending domain name at any time; however, there is no refund for this.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
