The navigation bar displays in every screen.

Use the navigation bar to go to screens where you can create, configure and manage your store.

Orders

Click this to see a menu that allows you to view, add and search orders for your products. You can also view shipments and return requests, and import multiple order tracking numbers from a file on your computer (or on the 1800MyWeb shopping cart server). View More

Customers

Click this to see a menu that allows you to view and add customer details, and to create customer groups. You can also search customer details and import multiple customers’ details from a file on your computer (or on the 1800MyWeb shopping cart server). View More

Note:   Customer groups allow you to give discounts to certain groups of people.

Products

Click this to see a menu that allows you to view and search the products in your store, and add new products. You can also create product categories, product variations, and brands. In addition, you can manage product reviews.  View More

Note:   Product variations allow you to list one product, but to specify other similar products. For example, you can list a t-shirt and then allow customers to select a size or color using variations.

Note:   Product reviews are submitted by your customers, using a link in your store. In order to avoid inappropriate reviews in your store, the shopping cart software allows you to approve product reviews before they appear on your site.

Website Content

Click this to see a menu that allows you to view and add news items, and to view and add website pages.  View More

Note:  News items are added to the front page of your store as soon as you post them.

Note:  You can select where in your shop a website page displays.

Promotions

Click this to see a menu that allows you to view and manage promotional banners, coupon codes, and gift certificates. You can also export a list of clients’ email addresses to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file. You can also export a list of your products that you can then export to Google Products.  View More

Note:  Google Products (formerly known as Froogle) allows Google users to compare the prices of similar products, the details of which are uploaded by vendors.

Statistics

Click this to see a menu that allows you to view statistics about your store, orders, products, customers and searches.

Note: Search statistics allow you to see what your customers enter into your store’s search function.

Search...

Enter a keyword in the box and hit RETURN to search your orders, customers and products.
